Product Manager at Clio -- Vancouver, BC, Canada
// customer-obsessed, passionate problem-solver
With a background in marketing, communications, sales, project management, stakeholder management and more, I stumbled into product management in 2014 as the perfect fit for someone obsessed with the customer experience. I love to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams to understand customer problems and experiment with solutions. I'm driven by the opportunity that exists in software to improve the lives of others.
Over the past decade in effective, detail-oriented project execution, I've dug into complex data issues to inform product decisions and championed product discovery, lead vision development with nonprofit organizations and coordinated communications for a multimillion-dollar investment fund.
I bring experience in user research, interviews, and testing, gathering insights from analytics, requirements gathering and documentation, vision development and communication, feature definition, user experience design, and close collaboration and effective teamwork with designers and software engineers to determine implications of design, functionality or technical decisions.
Clio is the world's leading cloud-based legal practice management software. As Product Manager, I manage the roadmap and strategy for a portfolio centred around how Clio's client portal. I also chair Clio's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and organize Vancouver's Women in Product Meetup.
Additionally, I currently serve in a volunteer capacity as Past Chair with Chic Geek (Calgary), which is building a welcoming, supportive community for women at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship.
